Interactions was founded and is directed by Annette Clancy, an organisational consultant with over 20 years senior management and consulting experience.

Annette is also an accredited psychotherapist, holds an MSc in Systemic Organisation and Management and is currently researching a PhD into how organisations manage emotional behaviour in the workplace. She is a member of the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organisations and an accredited member of the Irish Council for Psychotherapy.
