Hi Annette, hope you're enjoying London. We had so much fun we forgot to come home in time (missed the Ryanair check-in last night and had to stay over until this morning!)

I bet that was an interesting example of customer service in action Conn! I'll try and make sense of the conference - I'm attending with a client so will post what I can during the day.
