Ian practices organizational consultation and programme development, drawing from his professional training in clinical psychology, management, and psychoanalysis. He is a skilled practitioner on multiple psychometric instruments ranging from the MMPI, CPI, and Hogan to the Myers-Briggs. Ian has taught organizational development internationally in New York, Singapore, and Taiwan. He brings an understanding of multiple roles, relationships, psychological capabilities and competencies, to crafting pragmatic interventions based in reflective practice.
