I’m an organisational consultant, coach and psychotherapist and I love helping my clients unleash their creativity to solve sophisticated problems like transitions, strategy, ‘stuckness’ and behaviour that doesn’t make sense but should. Prior to starting my consulting practice Interactions, I worked for 12 years in a senior management capacity in the creative industries in Ireland.
I have qualifications and accreditations but the real education comes from building great relationships with clients and using lived experience as the basis for creative strategising. I hold an MSc in Systemic Organisation and Management; am a graduate of Communications Studies; am an accredited psychotherapist and supervisor and am currently a Doctoral candidate researching “The Organisation of Disappointment” at the Management School, University of Bath. I hold the European Certificate in Counselling and am an accredited member of the Irish Council for Psychotherapy.
